I'm not usually inclined to leave reviews. However, the professionalism and quality of work from this shop is worth noting. Simply put, the cost was very competitive, the service was outstanding and the quality of work was right on. Aaron set up my tow and was with me about the project every step of the way. His communication is exactly what you would expect from a professional. The quality of work is noticeable. I had my front differential gears rebuilt and my jeep drives great. Out of respect for their business I'm not going to drop numbers on what I paid, as every automobile and situation is different, but the cost of the repairs was extremely competitive. I don't regret one cent of it. Thanks guys! I'll definitely be back if I need it!

Mark Miller did a terrific job taking care of my car. I had an unusual repair with the engine cover under my car and he wasted no time in taking care of it the same day. I didn't expect to get such great service especially with it being my first time visiting but I certainly did. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the Rowlett area. I will definitely use them for future car needs.

I went to this location to have my rear gears checked and replaced as they were making noise from a previous install. I spent $900 after Speaking with Aaron and his assurance it would be done right. This was my first repair. The gears made so much noise, I got a headache over 50mph. Aaron said to bring it back and they found the shims had not been set right. 2nd repair is making a grinding and howling noise. Aaron says to have a tech ride along and he hears it too. Aaron says they got the incorrect brand of gears and would redo the whole diff. 3rd repair makes slight noise. Aaron says drive it a while and the noise will go away. It kept getting worse. I also started to notice diff oil dripping on the floor in my garage. I called aaron to inquire about bringing it back. He got defensive and started saying my housing must be distorted as they have done the repair 3 times. At this point, I lost confidence in them fixing it and took it down the street to y2 performance. They found a lot of mistakes including a loose pinion that could be moved by pulling on the drive shaft. (That could have caused gears to break causing an accident), a broken bolt in my casing held on and hidden by rtv sealant, and shims that were sanded and even a piece of another shim shoved to fill the gap of a shim that had been sanded too far. Aaron argued I should have brought it back. I told him he could go look at it at the other shop. He called and said himself, the owner, and the tech would go look at it. They went to y2 performance and took multiple pictures then left. I have heard nothing since. My whole experience has been long, frustrating, and very disappointing. I had to spend another 1300 on new gears, parts, labor, and drill/tapping to remove the broken bolt. Overall I am now 2200 into a set of gears. Now, the gears are correct but nothing has been made right by Eagle transmission or Aaron the manager. Very, very upset and highly disappointed.

Aaron and his crew did a fantastic job repairing my ‘97 Honda Civic. I have owned this vehicle for over 10 years. Eagle Transmission Rowlett has made it run better than when I first bought it. I highly recommended them.

They will find any way to not warranty their work and the sales guy is rude and overbearing.
