Brought my f-150 in to repair the gear shifter. The P would not light up on the shift indicator, therefore leaving my dash cluster lights on and draining my battery. While I left my truck in their shop. I had to rent a car for a week. All of this was out of pocket. Well I tried calling a few times to check on everything but didn’t get an answer. Finally, when I was able to talk to someone, they said they’d been trying to call me (never had a missed call, or voicemail) and basically told me they didn’t know how to make the repair, and should take it elsewhere. Which maybe would have been understanding if I hadn’t already made an extension on my rent a car which again was all out of pocket. Went to pick up the vehicle after work, and the battery was dead. Would not recommend. Wasted a lot of time and cash , with nothing in return

Very professional with great customer service, I had my truck towed in would not start or run and they had the new part ordered and installed with in the hour at a affordable price. Would not recommend or trust anybody else to work on my family’s vehicles !

I have been using this shop since they opened and here is the run-down.. Honesty is hard to find these days, but that is all you will get from these guys. They won't fix it if it ain't broke. They won't try to sell you something you don't need. If your truck needs fixing, they will do it, they will do it right, and they will most likely do it for less than anybody else in town. If they bid a job higher than somebody else, whoever else you took it to is probably cutting corners. If your truck needs something that somebody else does better, they will send you there. I highly recommend them.

Wouldn't change my oil pan gasket because I was supplying the $30 gasket & 3 gallons of oil instead of purchasing through them.... Trying to do business locally but I guess I'll go to the dealership.
