I don't even know where to start with these guys. I believe every one of these bad reviews. From my experience, they will replace parts that don't need replacing or SAY they are replacing parts but DON'T ACTUALLY DO IT, dodge your phone calls, never return your messages and flat out lie to your face. I brought my truck to them and they said I had four bad injectors. I trusted them and told them to go ahead and replace. I finally had another mechanic look at them and they are the EXACT SAME INJECTORS that were on the truck when I brought it to them. I paid them more than $4000 for NOTHING. I'm gathering evidence now to sue. (Someone already reported them to the Better Business Bureau for the same thing.) Another example: They told me the oil had already been changed, but when I came to look at my truck, I saw the oil filter was still the old one. I said, "I thought you changed the oil?" The response was, "Oh, well, I think we did." I said: "Really? Then why is the old filter still on it?" He just looked at me and didn't say a word. Had I not caught it, it wouldn't have been done at all! When I first got there, I watched them fill out a work order with everything I wanted done. When I finally picked up my truck SIX MONTHS LATER, the work order was gone. So, they actually brought me a blank sheet of paper and said, "okay, now what did we do on your truck?" Seriously?? I am absolutely not joking, exaggerating or dreaming. It actually happened! What another reviewer said is absolutely correct: they DO NOT HAVE qualified mechanics there. I will add that they also have totally incompetent office staff. They are completely unorganized, deceitful and otherwise dishonest. Trust me, you don't want these people touching your car! Hopefully, they will be out of business within six months. Then, the unsuspecting public will be a lot safer.

This place is a joke got my truck fixed there about 5 months ago and then about 2 months ago the same part they fixed broke because they put a piece on that wasn't supposed to be there. Took it back to them they said they would fix it but when I went to check on it I seen my truck parked next to a telephone pole support cable and it looked like someone tried to get out the door and scratched the top and on top of that the window was roled down and keys in the ignition. And when I confronted them about it they said they would role the window up and take the keys out, went back by an hour later and the keys were still in it with the window roled down. So I just took my truck. Still waiting on them to call me to fix it but every time I call no one answers. And when they do the boss is never in.

WARNING: **Wheelchair Van** they are selling: Cheap and do NOT be excited because it has major problems. 1st warning sign: the wheelchair van listed on Craig's list 2 times reciently, with 2 VERY different milleages 2nd warning sign:on phone we were told only problem was air-conditioning (discovered many more problems in person...ie. instrument panel does not work, needs new steering linkage ...)If you are considering it, take to a mechanic and make sure you know what you are getting yourself into. 3rd warning sign: Regarding their trustworthiness, after my experience I agree with the other reviews on Yelp and here on Google. Expect lots if expenses with another mechanic before the wheelchair van is even close to reliable. Don't be seduced if they offer to throw in the Barney the Purple Dinosaur.

Terrible Terrible service. Went there to get an engine replaced, They were unable to fix it in one months time. So then they told us that they made the wrong diagnosis and that it wasn't the engine. I dont think they have mechanics that are competent enough to do big jobs. Second thing, In regards to the owners. Terrible communication. Multiple times, we asked to get a call back and never got a call back. If you pressure them, they get defensive and won't pick up your phone calls through caller-ID. So terrible place to do business. I wouldnt trust them with your car. Just honestly, this was our experience.

Bought a car from their "car lot" and had the worst experience EVER ! Took them 5 months to switch the car over in my name , never did they call and keep me updated I would have to call them to see what was going on and every time I called the woman was very rude and unprofessional !! I finally got fed up with the excuses as to why they didn't have my plates yet and told them I was bringing the car back , surprisingly they went and got it switched over THAT DAY ! I asked them to mail my plates and registration sticker and I still have not received them. Never ever will I recommend anyone to them nor go back to them !!
