Visited Spring Auto Pros based on their reviews to get new brake pads installed. There were some issues with the initial job, and honestly wasn't sure if I made the right decision in visiting them. A couple of days afterward, I got a phone call and a text message from the owner. He asked me to bring the car back in so that he can check it over himself to make sure that everything was a plus. They wound up redoing a large portion of the work to make me 100% happy. Not a lot of people out there would care enough to do that, and not a lot of repair shops out there are honest enough to do something like that either. I'm pretty skeptical of most places, so it takes a lot to impress me. These guys are some of the nicest and most honest people out there! I highly recommend Jeremy, David, John and everyone else over there.

Fixed the issue that other shop did not. No BS or shady stuff. Seemed honest and cared about the customer.

Just picked up my car from some extensive work and I must say, not only was the lady behind the counter, David and Jake very professional, the work was also top tier and clean. Communication was excellent through the two days they had my vehicle for all the work they had done to it to ensure I was in the loop and given a good estimate as to the completion of the work done. I don't care for bells, whistles, iPads, coffee machines, a kids playpen and 100 people greeting me within 10 seconds of my entrance to the door. That's what I have my iPhone, my french press, and the park in my neighborhood for. What I do care for honest and professional work done RIGHT. When it comes to the safety of my family and myself, I demand that my vehicles are taken very good care of. These guys also spotted shoddy work done from a previous reputable repair shop and took care of it quickly and didn't try to rip me off. I'm not a professional car mechanic by any means but I used to work on my own vehicles when time wasn't a commodity and was too broke to take my car to a shop. Now I value my time off and I entrust professionals to do work to my vehicles. As long as this place keeps up their standards of professionalism and workmanship, they have a regular customer for life. Thank you very much for your honest and professional work.
