Worst auto repair experience I have ever had. Mechanic was incompetent. Service was atrocious. They may miss something. Took my car in for over heating. Was charged roughly $78 for an analysis. Got the car back on Thursday afternoon. I was told “pressure tested cooling system and found no leaks.” I was also informed the vehicle, “was low on coolant.” (which they filled with water). And they ,”sprayed water through the radiator fins to clean out air passages.” At the time I took it in I was not aware of any problems with the exhaust. When I left the shop it was making an exhaust type noise. It also smelled like something was burning. Vehicle was driven very little on Friday. Took a short trip (about 200 miles) over the weekend. I looked under the hood on Sunday and found a leak that was very obvious. (I am not a mechanic). Radiator fluid / water was dripping directly on to a piece that appears to be part of the exhaust system. Took the car in on Monday. Was told they found a coolant leak. They also stated there was an exhaust leak. They also pointed out a previously known oil leak. They wanted full price to fix what they had missed. I was told the mechanic must have missed the leak (on top of the motor in plain sight). Even better they did not even apologize for the miss. I then took the vehicle to another shop for repairs.

I am not fond of this establishment. I brought my car in to get looked at where I was told that they would have a quote for me in about 30 min, I sat in the waiting room and watched Netflix on the provided TV. after several hours I was asked to leave because it was closing time. I responded by asking how my car was, and was told that they hadn't looked at my car. Frustrated I stood outside in a snowstorm and waited for a friend that by luck just happened to be in town five minutes away. The next day I asked about my car, I was given my quote and the damage report. After waiting for the repairs and returning, the employees were visibly arguing over which one had to help me at the counter, where I was then asked to pay several hundred over what my original quote was. I eventually only had to pay my quoted amount but I will not be returning here.

Most dishonest auto repair shop I have been to. They totally lied to me, when I took my car somewhere else they told me they have heard of them doing this and have had several customers complain about the dishonesty and service of the staff here. I will never return. They are linked to the car doctor dealership in Lindon which helps them play off each other. Would not suggest either. Go somewhere honest and cheaper.. Response to owner, Interesting, that's not what the dealership told me. They actually recommended you. And in order to get them to pay for it I had to go to you. Not only that, you said you FIXED the problem. An excuse sounds like, "we were limited to what we could fix." If that's true, tell me instead of telling me you fixed the problem. The other mechanic I took my truck to completely re did what you guys did and at half the cost. I have not had the issue since. Look at all your responses to the negative reviews on here. Excuses instead of ownership.. Make no mistake, I do have a beef with the dealership.

These guys have always been very good to me. I've take 4 cars and a camper to them and have had more than 10,000 dollars in work done. They have treated me fairly. They can be a bit more expensive, but I'll pay more money for good work.
