They overcharged us for service and in the end didn't resolve the original issue. Our engine misfired and stopped accelerating on the way to St. George for Memorial Day weekend. It was after hours so we left it with Anytime on Thursday night. Friday, they changed the spark plugs, but that didn't fix the issue. They were closed over the holiday weekend, so we just drove back home to Bountiful with family and left the car with them for the whole week to fix it. They replaced the ignition coils in the engine after assuring me multiple times over the phone that this would fix the cylinder misfires. The following Saturday, I drove 3 hours with my brother down to Beaver to pick it up. 30 min north of Beaver, the engine misfired again, and I lost power going uphill. I called them and they just said "I really have no idea what's wrong with your car", and so I just drove it slowly home instead of taking it back. They charged us $480 to change spark plugs, and around $800 or so to replace the ignition coils. A friend who works for a mechanic shop in Bountiful said those two repairs combined should be closer to around $600 total. First, I understand that rates differ depending on the shop, but when the rates are that high, it gives the impression that they are taking advantage of people passing through, simply because travelers have no other option when their car breaks down. Second, if you are going to charge premium rates, you should be absolutely certain that your repairs are going to actually fix the issue that was originally reported. In total, I spent about $1,500 with them. I'm left with an engine light and a car that's liable to misfire at freeway speeds. After spending so much money to fix that very problem, I don't have much left over to actually repair the car at this point. The only redeeming quality is the professionalism. They were responsive to my calls and were very good at keeping in contact throughout the repairs.

Ty took care of us like he would his best friend. Our Alternator went out on a Saturday at 5:30, he worked on it till the job was done with a number of others calls he had to go to, he finished at 1:30 am. We didn’t miss any of our plans and it cost less then it would in the city! Great crew you guys have!

Broke down in Beaver on a Sunday night. Was back on the road by noon on Monday .These guys could have easily upsold me to any kind of repair! But they were honest and fair. Communicated with me about the repair and were nice to talk to. If you need help in Beaver don't worry! You're in good hands at this shop.

Traveling cross country in an RV, heard the brakes squealing so asked the owner to the campground we were at where to go. Came in for an oil change and brakes. They told us that the breaks were great, probably just squeaking coming off the mountains and had dust on them. We are from the city, if you pull your car in to a brake shop a day after you get brakes you will be told you need new ones so I was very impressed they didn't take advantage of a couple out of towners in an RV. They changed our oil quickly and we were on the road in no time.

We are not from Beaver and had an alternator issue and found Anytime Road Service on Google. We went in and was greeted by Jace. He was very helpful and the mechanics were so kind and very concerned about our problem. They were able to get it fixed within an hour and the price was the same as my mechanic would of charged at home. I would recommend them to anyone.
