We used Main Event for a Red Eye NYC Trip. Our driver, Shawn was awesome! Showed up with a clean bus and was very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have had several passengers state "We want the same bus and driver on the next trip". Thanks for making our trip great. Will definitely recommend and will use them again.

Excellent company to work with. Outstanding customer service. Very attentive to the customer's needs. Had a great trip with a very personable drive. Nice, clean, comfortable bus. Will definitely use Main Event again for my trips.

Do not waist your money with these people. They have the worst customer service ever. If I could give them ZERO stars I would ! The managers name is Sarah! Service was given to them and now they will not pay ! When confronted at there business they would not answer.

LEFT STRANDED IN D.C. WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH THE BUS DRIVER TRYING TO LOCATE THE BUS (THERE WERE A TOTAL OF 10 PEOPLE LEFT). IF NOT FOR A CLEANING LADY, WE WOULD HAVE LOST ALL OF OUR POSSESSIONS THAT WERE ON THE BUS WHEN THEY LEFT US. We received a response from the bus company indicating that we should have been at the designated location at 6 PM - an hour prior to departure - in order to have time to find the bus. We were actually at the designated lot - Lot 7 as shown on the windshield of the bus - at 5:55 pm, and searched for 90 minutes, looking at every bus in the lot. Ours was no where to be found. At 7:30 we were called and told the bus was not in the designated lot 7 but was in fact in lot 8. We rushed to 8 but -- no bus. Then the bus captain called and the bus driver said they were actually in lot 4. Rushed to 4 -- no bus. More phone conversations and they said, sorry -- lot 8. While rushing back to lot 8 the conversation ended when we were informed that they were heading for the Interstate and that they did not have the time to stop at lot 4 and pick us up. So, ten of us were left in DC to find our own way home. We are sorry that the other passengers were angry; we don't blame them -- we were angry too. I do want to emphasize that we appreciate the phone call we received from the cleaning lady allowing us to get our possessions back from the bus.
