We decided to get a tune up done on our RV before we headed out west and after calling around this was the only place that would take us due to the size of our rig. We took it there on a Wednesday and they told us would have it done by Friday. They called us later with an estimate of $1600 just for a tune up, and after some debate we decided to just freshen up our fluids for $480. Friday comes and we hadn't received a call yet, so we called and they told us they won't have it done until Saturday due to ordering parts (? was just a fluid change). They were nice, they said they even drove it a few miles to make sure everything was ok. But when we got in the RV we saw that they had left greasy/muddy boot prints on our carpet inside the RV.

After calling to make an appointment to have my truck serviced and upgraded, I was told the workers no longer work on the 6.5 turbo diesel. This is unfortunate because the shop is right around the corner. I expected a local, Bedford county diesel shop to be versatile and capable but I must be wrong, or maybe my money doesn't hold the same value theirs does?

I wanted to give a big shout out to the crew of Wicked Diesel. Your diagnosis of the problem with my truck was right on and the truck is running great. The attention to detail is top notch. I was expecting to open the hood and find something not back in its place or find a bolt or screw missing. (EVERYTHING was put back in its place and secured properly). Sooo......Thanks again.......JOB WELL DONE!!!!

Great high quality people and mechanics! Just got some installs and service done here and had to write a review. All the installations I got are Flawless, and I mean perfect! So much attention to detail. I called over and over with questions about my first diesel truck (2008 F250 6.4L) I was always treated professionally and always got an answer, from the front desk to all the technicians they always took time and helped me figure out anything I wanted to get done. I deeply appreciate Joe and the whole crew! I've already got my eye on a new exhaust to come see you guys again!! This shop is worth the drive from anywhere. Thanks wicked crew!!
