If you are looking for an honest, reliable, knowledgeable diesel repair shop, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. I found, by chance, "ROUTE 11 AUTOMOTIVE" while traveling from New Jersey back home to North Carolina. While in route my 2002 F350 super duty 7.3 had been acting up during my travels. I went in, explained the problem I was having. They spent over an hour trying to find the issue. We drove around, computer said nothing wrong. They visually checked several items, problem didn't rear it's head again until I got 20 miles down the interstate going home. I live 4 1/2 hours from their shop and have made arrangements for my truck to go back to be able to spend time with them so they can thoroughly research my trucks issue. Brandon, I thank you for the time you spent searching for a fix to my problem!!! David.

Very pleased with the personal service and willingness to look for options beyond the "quick fix." Found the pricing to be extremely fair and the workmanship professional. Will be returning should we have future repair or inspection needs.

The employees here are very friendly and informative. They have worked with me to get my car serviced quickly and correctly both times I have used them. Their prices are awesome and they aren’t going to rip you off. Due to poor service work by another company in the past, I had a brake problem that was difficult and time-consuming to identify. They worked hard to figure out the best fix, and in the end they gave me really good deal. My bill was way less than I anticipated, which is always a relief! Also, the mechanic took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and what they did to fix it, which I greatly appreciated. So many places treat you like a number, but I was never treated like a bother here, even after calling several times. I will continue to recommend this shop to friends and family- because from what I’ve seen, they’re fantastic!
