Omni Performance was recommended to me by people at our church as well as a couple of people in the automotive trade that I know. Over the past year or so my wife, myself and our family have had several jobs done by them. Four words come to mind immediately - Honest, Professional, Personable, Reasonable. From Jennifer (front office) to Brian (owner) and all employees in between, we were treated as friends from the moment we walked into the office for the first time to current... no double talk, no confusion, direct conversation in terminology that's easily understood by the layman, and honest diagnosis. Plus, not only do they warranty their work, they stand by that warranty and honor it! If you're on the peninsula and you're looking for an honest shop, quality work and reasonable prices, you need look no further... if you're reading reviews for Omni, you've already found them and you won't find better.

I recently had an estimate from a local Ford dealer stating I needed to replace my engine on my GT Mustang with 73,000 miles. I took my vehicle to Omni Performance, whom I've been extremely pleased with, and their assessment was timing chain tensioner. I could not believe how the Ford dealer who I've used since 2008 could be so far off. They would have ripped me off. I have only the best things to say about Omni. Courteous people and wonderful service. Thank you Omni

Notoriously the best family owned and operated business in all of Hampton Roads. You want honesty in the folks that work on your vehicles this is the place and there is no other like it. I recommend Omni to all my friends, neighbors, and all acquaintances that need work done on their vehicles. Whether it is an oil change, modification, state inspection, or complete engine over-haul this is the only place I would recommend you take your vehicle. I have had all my vehicles from old to new worked on and state inspected by Omni Performance. I have been in the Military for over 20 years and have traveled the world and Omni Performance by far is the best of the best when it comes to vehicle maintenance and customer service.

My son Andy recommended this place since he now lives in another state. Everything he said about them is true. They are friendly, reliable, and have their act together. I will be going here from now on. Great people!

Dropped my car off just for a inspection, so told I need some minor work done. I agreed to bring my car in for the necessary repair to PASS an inspection. I made an appt two days later for 930. The day of my appt Jennifer tells me my car will be ready after lunch. Call at 330 they tell me it'll be ready in a hour. My husband get there right at closing and some drunk tall shaggy white guy tells him, he'll drive it out the garage for. My first thought, was why is my car just parked in the garage? If the car is finish park it outside, like most shops. I drove my car literally 2.3 miles homes . That morning we notice a large metal bar hanging out of place. So we go to the shop confront the owners wife and mechanic. Jennifer blow us off immediately and told us to show the person who initially damage my car. He denied breaking it, but what has me appalled is they accused us of noticing the broken damage when we came for a inspection. Then said well we seen it the day we worked on it, but somehow my husband and I didn't. Come we drive this car regularly, therefore we wouldn't confront u about already pre-notice damage. Don't trust a mechanic shop attach to a towing company..Their rude and terrible for business! The owners hired drunk unstable relatives who don't know how to properly led a car. I got a quote from Big Als and I'll be there to have the fix the parts this hole in the wall created for me.
