Always received good service

The girl at the front desk is so friendly and helpful. She always has candy at her desk. They have very knowledgeable mechanics. They even offered me donuts they had in the waiting room! The prices are good and the work performed is outstanding. I highly recommend if you drive a commercial vehicle you come here.

I would give negative stars if it were possible. Let your 3 year old work on your truck with a hammer before sending it here. They "repair " our company trucks and they come back in worst shape than when they left. One of our trucks needed new air hoses and they put air hoses on that were so long they would've reached the back of the trailer. Then rather than cut them and make them right they just loop them up and put zip ties on them. I took a lift gate to them because the tail lights weren't working so rather than try to diagnose the problem they just threw parts at it. They put a new electric cord , replaced the plug socket on the trailer and the lights still didn't work. It ended up being a broken ground wire on the rear of the trailer that he found immediately when looking yet they charged my company for all the parts that weren't needed. They're cheap and the work shows it. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money at another shop

This review is long over due! THE Most unprofessional saps to do business with in VA. Your Driver made SEVERAL prejudice remarks to my driver 🖕🏻! And Billy, you're a joke, you're a supervisor behaving like a child with hurt feelings; cursing at your dispatchers which is probably why they're coming off RUDE as well! Learn to use the hold button if that's what's happening behind closed doors. 🖕🏻 Tidewater Express.
