Absolutely awesome. I was referred to this place by a friend. They were very friendly and helpful. I give them a two thumbs up and 5 stars. Price is reasonable compared to others, quick response, and quick turn around. Short story: Memorial Day weekend was coming up, brake system, brake line, rotors, and tires needed work (couldnt drive my vehicle). They got it back to me in 2 days.

Absolutely AWESOME as usual! Blake made sure my 85 y/o Mother's car was taken care of and she was made comfortable during her short wait (oh, did I mention they didn't try to sell her something she didn't need?). This is one of the many reasons I always recommend Davis Car Care! Thanks again!

Called with a starter going bad in the morning.... They were able to get me in the same day and were very courteous over the phone and in store. Reasonable prices and friendly.

I came in and hour and a half before they close since I had a slight accident. Got me in and out with no problem!! They even let me see what they were doing on my car and we're very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Highly recommend them!!!

I have been a loyal customer at Davis since we moved here 3+ years ago and have referred other people there as well. In the past week, I have warned those I previously referred to stay away. Ever since they moved to their new location, they have been going downhill on customer service. On our most recent visit (only went there because it was the only mechanic we had a relationship with), we had our car towed in after a bad jump and it ended up being a blown throttle body fuse. Easy fix, but of course there was the $120 diagnostic fee. We asked them to do our inspection while it was in since we’re due next month and they failed us due to the blower motor not working (left us on our own to figure out why that matters for inspection) and said they would have to do another diagnostic because this was a separate issue. Not sure why the original diagnostic wouldn’t find that problem as well (since it’s a machine). We told them to give us the fail on the inspection and went on our way. Next day I realized that while they verbally told us it was the blower motor and marked defroster on our printed out inspection sheet, they marked failed brakes on the rejection sticker that goes on the windshield. Not only that, but they also marked our sticker for 2 days before the inspection was actually done, leaving us with 2 less days to take care of the matter. I can handle a little bit of bad customer service (not calling when they say they will, being snippy on the phone, not being honest about how long Work will take even when you’re there in person) but I will never take my car back to a place that commits inspection fraud. We have since taken our car to another mechanic and had the problem resolved quickly.
