ONB is the first place I’ve taken my car (first one that wasn’t a lease) and it will be the last place I take my car. There’s no other reason to take it anywhere else. She’d get mad at me if I did ;) Mike is my go to guy at the front desk, but Dave and Brian are just as capable, friendly, and knowledgeable. These guys will take you back into the garage, show you what’s wrong with your car and show you step by step how they’ll make it right. They do not cut corners and it shows. Every major issue that has shown up on my vehicle is fixed the first time I take it in. These guys don’t make mistakes. If you’ve got a car, you’d be a fool not to give these guys and gals your business. I’m telling ya, ONB & healthy, strong running vehicles are the peanut butter & jelly of the automotive world. It’s simply perfection. Google should make the option of giving more than 5 stars, cause these guys deserve at least 794 of them.

Great place to have your car worked on. Felt welcomed when I walked in. Most auto repair shops, you get a feeling of dirty and there to pull the fleece over your eyes, not here. Was greeted, told them what I needed, gave me a fair quote and I quickly scheduled an appointment. They fixed what I requested and didn't suggest anything else. I like to do my own work on my car, but I do know my limits so a good shop is a must and I will be back.

Right from the beginning Mike treated me with such tremendous customer service. I feel like I FINALLY found my go to shop. The mechanics are some of the most knowledgeable, upfront and nicest I have talken to. I really recommend these guys if you have had enough of the run around with other shops.

This is a great place. The guys are friendly and really go the extra mile for you. I had a repair that was going to cost about $2k, but they found out that the part was still under warranty and they set me up at the dealership to get it replaced for free. These guys are awesome and I'll definitely be going back when I need work done.

I'm about 5 years late in submitting a well deserved 5 star review. Affordable, professional, and exceptional customer service. I've been a customer since 2012 and I can't imagine going anywhere else to get my F150 serviced. Mike is the nicest person and he truly cares about his work. Please go to ONB, you will not be disappointed!
