My engine started acting up so I gave Big John's a try because of the good reviews. The owners are super friendly and seem passionate about what they do. Your mileage may vary but when I called them up to check their availability, they got me in same day for a diagnosis, parts ordered and received that afternoon, and I had my car repaired by 9:45 the next morning. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience and will be calling them first next time my car needs help.

Had my engine rebuilt by these fine folks here and I couldn't be happier. My company truck hasn't run this good since the day I bought it.

Big Johns has a great customer service. Well educated and honest. They are a family owned business and a place I would recommend hands down. Love behind the wrench !

My first visit to Big Johns was when my Accord needed brake pads and rotors in 2015. I got 4 quotes, and Big Johns was the lowest price. The final cost was even lower, because not all of the time budgeted for labor was needed. They didn't have to charge me less, but they did, because they are honest. They don't always charge less than the quoted price, but the price is always reasonable, and the quality of their work is very good. Big Johns isn't close to me, but I don't mind driving 20 miles to an honest, friendly, good mechanic.
