Had a set of tires I purchased online. Called around town for mounting. Have done business with this location for years. Several tire businesses have been in this location over the years. These Tire Pro's guys seem to be way overpriced. Was quoted $150 plus tax for mounting 4 tires. My dealership wanted $20 a tire. I mentioned they were more expensive than my dealership and the guy I talked too just said, "Well, sorry.." like he didn't really care.

Kirkland Tire Pros have been extremely helpful during both of my visits. I stopped in because of the convenience of location the first time, and came back because of the great customer service. Thanks gentlemen!

Had a great experience here. Quick, efficient service at a fair price. They even threw in a few extras without being asked. I would definitely go here again.

I've been doing business with Dan for almost 20 years. He is honest and takes care of you. He gives you the bad news and the good, and not once have I felt gouged or taken advantage of! Aaron also takes good care and in the 8 or 9 years we've worked together, he also tells you straight. Great team.

I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in this place. I had one prior experience that was "OK"... bought tires a couple years ago. It took a bit too long and was more expensive than the couple national chain options I had priced, but I like to support locally-owned businesses where I can and, overall, not a terrible experience. Yesterday, I popped in for help with removing one wiper blade from my son's car that I couldn't figure out. I was told they are too busy and was turned away. There was one person in the lobby, two cars in the shop and at least one worker having a smoke in the parking lot. I drove up the road to Firestone and they immediately followed me out to my car and not only removed the wiper blade, he showed me why I had the problem I had with it so I'll know next time. That's how you treat people. The whole thing took 2 min. So much for my friendly neighborhood shop. We need tires and brakes soon and there's now zero chance I'll be bringing my wife's car here, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.
