What defines a great auto shop? Great customer service? Exceptional worksmanship? Preferential treatment in communication? Honesty & transparency on pricing & repairs? All these immediately come to mind when I think on Gateway & the Car Care Clinic team. We've now been into them for servicing a couple times, and are greatly appreciative of their professionalism & service. Thank you, Gateway team. We know where we're going for everything, now.

Strongly recommend Car Care Clinic! We got my car in at the last minute, they gave me a ride home while my car was going to be in the shop, they were excellent and communicating every step of the way, my issue was addressed, and I was also informed of next steps to take if the same issue comes up again. Everyone I met was friendly and accommodating. Being a female with only rudimentary car knowledge, I'm always worried I will feel like I am being taken advantage of at a auto shop, and I definitely did not feel that way at all. Everything was very reasonable. Thanks to everyone who helped myself and Grimace (my Scion) out today!

What can I say... the shop did a fantastic job on my car. They got it done in excellent time with fantastic craftsmanship. Derek was great to deal with as well he had answers for all my questions and was quick to give me a call when there was an update on my car. This shop has my business for life.

Even though my BMW is still there I just wanted to say thank you for keeping me updated at all times. They’ve kept me informed step-by-step and let me know what my total is racking up too. Unfortunately it’s going to be an expensive repair but I feel like I’m going to be in good hands! A+ for them!
