Initially Was told that my transmission was going to be $1700 for the parts $500 for labor. Ended up being almost $3000. The trans only lasted 3800 miles. These clowns failed to mention that jasper only reimburses up to $70 per hour. The rig is getting a new trans today less then a year later. It's going to cost me another $1000. 440 if the jasper check shows up. They also lied about work that they "did" said they had to redo the exhaust because it was so rusted together they couldn't drop the trans. Well, the guy working on it now says the exhaust appears totally unmodified no bolts or nonfactory welds and totally rusted together. I would rather do the job a dozen times wrong in the snow before I took my rig to them again.

Our windshield was hit by a huge chunk of ice and the drivers wiper stopped moving, but the guys at pro auto repair we're so nice and helped us in matter of minutes, free of charge.

If I could give -5 I would. I took a strong running car there for a simple low coolant leak and they did something to it so the first time I drove it (to Ephrata) the motor died. Of course it wasn't their fault; when I asked if they guaranteed their work before I left my car there they said they did. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

I had an axel and brakes on my trailer replaced here. The brakes failed and seized after less than 400 miles of use. I called for information on what they installed to help the mechanic that was working on the seized brake and was given the run around and no call back. After multiple calls I finally spoke with someone willing to look it up in their system. Terrible work and customer service.
