Brought in my mom's car for some work beyond maintenance. My mother is on a tight budget and is not in a position to rebuild the car. The guy at the counter was helpful and fixed what needed for it to be safe. He also let us know what would likely need to be worked on in the near future. The car sounds good again and I feel good about the whole transaction.

Team at ATS has worked on ALL my vehicles since 2008. Jeremy, Kerry and their team are the only people I trust with our cars, trucks or boats. Previous reviews have mentioned lack of communication, which isn't totally accurate. Every time I have dropped of something for them to work on Jeremy has always told me that shop gets busy and to call and check on progress periodically. Never have I felt a lack of communication on their part. They have done machine work and maintenance as well as repairs on pretty much anything with the motor that I own. And as long as they are around I plan to keep it that way!

Excellent customer service and a very knowledgeable staff. Even though they are very busy, I still felt as though they took my business seriously and gave me personal attention.

These guys are professional scam artist. I do not know how they are still in business. Charge me over 3 grand to rebuild boat motor. Motor ran for 10 minutes then Cam went flat and lifters ground down. You can't put NW lifters with used cam. I took it back and they told me to kick rocks, so I took it to a another machine shop who noted that they did not replace many parts they billed me for. On top of over charging me for parts. If you are thinking about using this shop do your wallet a huge favor and go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. They failed to contact me when they needed parts. They failed a second time to contact me to say they needed an additional part, because they hadn't done actual prep. They failed to contact me when it was finished. They failed to tell how much the job totalled. I had to call and find out what was taking so long each time. And had no idea how much it was going to be until I looked them in the eye. Their customer service is a joke.
