WARNING.... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NATIONAL POWER SUPPLY AND IT'S OWNER LARRY PRIOR. NPS sells used engines that they call rebuilt or remanufactured which is simply not the case. I ordered a pair of 3208T Cat Marine Engines that turned out to be a pile of old used junk parts. The engines would not operate properly and NPS would not honor the warranty for parts or labor to repair the problems that we encountered. Everything from bad fuel pumps, cracked manifolds, clogged tube bundles, coolant and oil leaks that cause damage to both engines resulting in one engine that had a complete failure and needed to be replaced. Larry Pryor would not return phone calls or emails and would not take any responsibility for the junk that he sells. An attorney was hired to collect for damages. Stay away from this company... There are plenty of other reputable engine companies out there so please take my advice and stay away from NPS. Update.... On October 15th 2013 My Legal Team based in Seattle, WA filed a lawsuit against National Power Supply, Inc. a Washington corporation and Dutch Enterprises, Inc. a Florida Corporation in the Superior Court of the State of Washington in and for the County of Yakima. Legal complaint; Complaint for Damages for Breach of Contract, Breach of Express and Implied Warranties, Fraud/Negligent Misrepresentation, and violation of CPA. Since filing of this complaint we have been approached by another lawyer in Yakima who is also suing NPS for breach of contract related to a defective tractor engine that was sold to his client. We were advised that another lawyer in Seattle, representing a California company, is also suing NPS for the same thing, also related to a defective diesel tractor engine. We are discussing the possibility of consolidating these cases as it will strengthen our case involving the Consumer Protection Act claims. In my 35 years of owning and operating a fleet of USCG Inspected and Certified Delta Marine Charter Vessels out of the Port of Ilwaco, WA I have never experienced a more severe case of Negligence involving marine products. NPS is simply a bad company to attempt to do business with. I repeat my opening statement... WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NATIONAL POWER SUPPLY AND ITS OWNER LARRY PRYOR.

I own a small fishing company near San Francisco, I have conducted business with National Power Supply for years. I am writing in support of National Power Supply. I ordered several 3208T cat marine engines over the years, I know my fishing busines is bigger than this Soltroms and I have never had issues with National Power Supply, being a repeat customer I take offense to Solstroms slanderous and defamotory remakrs. But its the internet you can lie and or write about anything you want right? Ok moving along. Since 2009 I have had to replace 3208T in my fishing rigs, they are cheaper to get from National Power Supply and with a warranty. thankfully I have never needed to use their warranty but I sleep better at night knowing it is offered on their engines. For the record I have never had any cracks in my manifolds, I have never recieved anything but tip top shape engines. The engines I have purchased have always operated properly, never any leaks, National Power Supply does in fact have a warranty, and the other review the person in my opinion seems to be about as sharp as a marble, and apparently does not have his facts straight. As a repeat customer, tkae it from me or better yet call them and ASK about their warranty. With Hope - Mike Munroley
