I was overheating, and pulled into Main Street Auto Care. He took me in right away, and worked until it was done, which are both good, but that's where the "good" ends. Dave changed my thermostat, and my water pump. I literally have not had any heat in my cab since. I've also noticed several bolts missing in my fan shroud, and in other areas. Dave also took NO responsibility for the missing bolts, OR the fact that I now had no heat. I had never had a problem with my heat before. Would not recommend.

As an African American man I was deeply offended by the utter and upfront racism of the owner of the shop. He refused to even talk to me, except to tell me they don't serve "negros". I am the proud owner of a local law firm, this is unacceptable and I will be certain to make all my clients are aware of the blatant racism

Called him around noon on a Saturday. He gave me estimate for labor and looked up prices for the starter needed. He said he could be done in about 2-3 hours once it was in the shop. I had the car towed and he ordered the part and was done within 3 hours!!!! David was super helpful and did all the work himself! I had just bought the used car about a month ago, he looked over everything and told me what needed to be done in the future. I super appreciate his fast, honest, and hard-working service! I will be bringing it back soon for the next work to be done!!

If i could give this place zero stars I would!!!!! RUDE from the moment we walked in to when we left, even our phone experience was horrid. I would not trust a company with ZERO customer service and total lack of respect for potential customers to stand behind their work, avoid this place.. I'd rather have anyone else work on my car!!! Also prices are quoted way above as in twice the amoint of other companies we inquired about. Unprofessionalism is not cute or inviting. Thank God we did not go there ..

The joke of a mechanic spent 5 minutes looking at the car with a coffee cup in one hand. Proceeded to take a running car and destroy it to the tune of $1800. Then had the nerve to charge $100 for that 5 minutes. Stay the hell away! He will just screw you over!
