Absolutely great service. They have fair prices, friendly staff, and are willing to work with you on drop off with appointments. They have a can do attitude and always ask before they do work if it is outside of the negotiated price. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into my vehicle. Great dog that hangs around outside

I was told I would have my vehicle fixed in 3 hours. To have it there at work soon as possible but they had time to start right away. Brought it in. Verified 3 hours. They said yes. We walked town for 3 hours had lunch and went to get our vehicle. Not even in the shop yet. Telling us they were not sure they would get to it today. No way! So we left. Set up an appointment again and fixed. Won't go back again. Too many people setting up stuff and no follow through. And I asked for better brakes. Not cheap things. My breaks squeak all the time now. I'll do my own again for the rest of my work. I do not recommend for appointment holding. Drop off and hope it gets done.

I had an alternator go out in yelm on my way home. They replaced it quickly and at a fair price. The shop dog even let me pet her. Will definitely use them again.
