Rick was a great guy, very knowledgeable. They fixed my van right away, with no issues. Will definitely go back again if needed.

Rick surprised me with his knowledge of the electronics of the car system. I did not tell him electronics and electrical controls is my profession. He explained it in a simple way for me to understand the problem and was dead on with the facts. He was just as sharp on the mechanics of the transmission, motor, and the car. He gave me options on how well I wanted the repair as in do you want cheap and not last long (25k-50k miles) for a clunker or as something I wanted to keep and restore (last like a new one). It was a $2000 truck. Junker or one to restore. He also helped me find the problem with a 4 runner two other mechanics and Toyota could not diagnose. He is honest and very knowledgeable. He takes care of all my mechanical needs I am not fixing myself.

I took my car to Rick for an issue, and was later notified that another issue had happened. Rick was very fair with pricing. I'm not very knowledgeable about cars, but Rick explained my issue in a way I could understand. I will definitely be taking my business there from now on. A job well done!

I'd give it 0 stars if I was able, worst Expierence EVER! Asked for an estimate, he took it upon himself to take my transmission out without permission, without telling me and with no contract, work order or anything. Then tried to refuse putting it back. When all was said and done he left a voicemail saying it was done after 3 weeks and it would be $795, in CASH! That's right seven hundred and ninety five dollars to get my car back in the same shape as when I had it towed to his shop! WHAT A CROOK! Never again will I deal with this place and I will warn everyone I know! Ridiculous!
