We had a major issue with our travel trailer while driving home from Madison. We happened to exit right next to Bill's, which turned out to be the fortunate part of our unfortunate event. The team at Bill's helped us immediately. They were very friendly, honest, and performed high quality work. The waiting room was very pleasant, with toys for kids and plenty of reading material. While I hope we never need their help again, I would highly recommend them and would definitely return.

Bill's Towing & Auto Repair was the most positive experience I have ever had at a repair shop. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the service was wonderful. So thankful to know there are hard working people willing to give such generous help in stressful situations. Thank you!

Very very expensive call anyone else the company I normally have tow my trucks was busy so I called Bill's was outraged at my $3000 towing bill take my advice call anyone else You cannot even be honest in your response to my posting. I had talked to you about using other tow services in the past even after-hours and that being the reasoning for my outrage at my bill. You made it blatantly apparent that you were trying to scam my insurance company (asking repeatedly if I was claming this on my insurance) out of as much money as possible. You brought a wrecker capable of pulling an 80000lbs semi back onto a road to tip a 40000lbs excavator back off its side. That part would have been fine it was the $900 I paid for the wrecker that you brought and parked there to take pictures of to try to scam me or my insurance company out more money. I have not even mentioned the $267 administrative fee on a bill that was paid before you left the site. As I said in my first post if you do not want to be taken advantage of please call anyone else. Especially for any heavy towing call someone in Madison or Portage you will be glad you did.

Terrible communication skills in this establishment. We had our vehicle there for almost a week and not once did they call us to let us know the status of our vehicle. Each time we had to call and ask about how it was going and when it would be done. No one knows anything it always involves them calling you back later for any information that should be available at their fingertips. Also very overpriced for their services.

My truck broke down on my way to the Wisconsin Dells. I called Bill's Towing as they were the closest company. They where very friendly on the phone they had a tow truck out to me in under 30 minutes. The driver was awesome very friendly. they got me back to their Lodi location and led me into a very awesome waiting area while they looked at my truck. The service manager came out and explained to me that my fuel pump had failed. He was very nice and explained what caused it and how much and long it would take to fix it. He was very nice and they kept me updated and had coffee and popcorn in the waiting area for me to snack on while waiting. I would highly recommend this company to any one traveling out there on the highway.
