DuAll Service & Repair

Quick and awesome service from DuAll! My kid pushed my 30amp electrical cord into the bottom of my trailer. Couldn't fish it out myself with no tools. Called DuAll and they said they could help us out. We showed up, Travis and Allen were professional, friendly, and had us out of there in 10 minutes. Would definitely come back for any services in the future. Thanks DuAll :)

My father was driving from Alberta to Ontario through the US via the I-90 when one of our vehicles, a Porsche Cayenne broke down. He was hundreds of miles from a Porsche, Audi or VW dealer, not that we would want to visit one if we could avoid it anyways and at a loss as to what could be done in the moment. The tow truck driver suggested DuAll Auto Service & Repair in nearby Sheridan, Wyoming. After dropping the car off on a Sunday afternoon we left the shop a message as a courtesy and Travis called us back right that night to let us know that he would do his best to diagnose the problem first thing in the morning, even though the shop was extremely busy. Given that my father was stranded and stuck at a local hotel this was very nice of him to call us back to give us the peace of mind. We weren’t sure before finding this shop where to take the car locally yet alone how to fix it. I even contemplated driving 10 hours or so to tow it back to Canada. The next day Travis diagnosed the required repairs in a very timely matter, which included changing two fuel pumps among other parts and ordered everything on a rush from Denver, CO overnight via air. It was nice that he took the time to ensure that he knew exactly what was wrong so that the correct diagnosis could be made and we wouldn't waste any time having to wait for more parts to come in. DuAll fixed the vehicle right away as soon as the parts came in and got my father back on the road. His price for the diagnostics and repairs were very reasonable as were the parts which came directly from the dealer to speed things up and save a day or so. On a long 3000 plus kilometre (or 1864 plus mile) drive these types of things can happen and leave a person feeling pretty helpless. Travis really stepped up and helped us in our time of need. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation or just looking for a local mechanic, don’t think twice before giving DuAll Auto Service & Repair a shot at your business. Thank you again to everyone at DuAll who helped us in our time of need. I can assure you that we will never forget what you did for us!

They do excellent work and excel with customer service. The entire crew is willing to help find parts at the best price, tell you exactly what needs to be fixed and what can wait, and get you in surprisingly fast--- with how busy they are.

They were extremely helpful in our breakdown. We called them within an hour they had prices on motor. Kept us informed on how the work was going. Drove the truck around and broke in new engine. Let us store 5th wheel on property while truck was getting fixed, at no extra charge. Picked me up from the airport. Estimate was comparable with our local mechanic. They did great work!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I called from I-90 and Taylor squeezed me in for a rebuilt alternator. I was back on the road in an hour. These guys are amazing, fast, friendly and do great work!!
