Whatever you do, do NOT go here. After leaking transmission fluid everywhere on 287 while enroute to move to Oregon, we got towed by a nice local man who recommended this place. I noticed he looked shifty eyed before doing so, and should have trusted my gut. The moral of the story, sadly, is not to be so trusting. We got towed there on a Thursday. The next few days we kept calling them only to be told repeatedly that they would "get it up to look at it in another hour"... on Saturday we were told that the owner did know how to lift the engine out to replace the gasket. He would get back to us Monday after calling a Ford dealership. On Monday (after spending 4 nights in a hotel) we were told it would be a 9-12 hour job and that he did not know if he had a mechanic to do the job. I called another mechanic in the area who laughed when I told him where our van was at and said it would be there another month before anything was fixed. Other locals looked at each other with shifty eyes when I mentioned where our vehicle was... this place is KNOWN for being incompetent and ripping people off... We ended up getting great service at Reliable and was a fraction of the price and not even the problem Mr. Neuman said it was (if he even diagnosed correctly). We ended up having to pay a little over 100 plus the 5 nights we waited at a hotel.... go to Reliable - excellent service and competent professionals who really took care of us.

Evidently this location is a repair shop and is not a tank wash facility. I've contacted this location on multiple occasions to have a tank that hauled a non hazardous product washed out and have been rejected every time. The last product i asked to have removed is a non food food-grade quality product, glucoamalyse. I've made contact to the bulk-transporter site explaining that Google lists this location as a repair shop making no mention of being a tank wash. I also explained that due to the consistent rejection for service this location must not be a tank wash facility. I've recommended it be removed from the listing.

Alternator broke in my old 4 door sedan, in the middle of a winter storm (all roads out of town were closed). Had to wait overnight for the new alternator, but they even lent us a truck at no charge to get around town while we waited for the repair to be completed. The part came in the next day (Christmas Eve) and the guys came in on Christmas eve and had us on our way within the hour! I was expecting to get taken advantage of because they were pretty much the only place open, but the price for labor seemed super reasonable (the part ended up being really expensive, $300 for a new alternator, but I'll take Tom and his guys at their word that it's what they were charged by the vendor). The price when all was said and done was $450 which included the part, the guys coming outside of town to pick up our car and all labor and we made it home for Christmas! They saved the day.

Don't know his butt from a hole in the ground and was wrong when said our truck had a injector problem. We took our truck to ford and found out it was a fuel pump.
