Worst place to repair your car. They literally don't know anything about cars. All they do is check the Company manual and give you things to replace so they can chip out some extra money from you. My car didn't start in winter and they changed starter and coolant liquid and charged me 750$ and in total and assured me that my car will start.However car is not starting after 10 hours staying idle in winter. I am stuck again. I called the customer care and they are telling me that there will be an investigation with 3-5 business days! They can't do refund. Neither I have running car nor I have money now. Please don't go to Midas they are way more expensive and they try to take money from you with zero knowledge. Edit: i got the refund of 520$ (after 2 week of countiniously fighting) and they installed my old starters back. They still didn’t accept their mistake. And they still are saying they were right. Still my car is going well! They didn’t refund for my coolant. I went to another auto service and he smiled at me when I said they did this many modifications and told me that that was never a problem. District manager’s attitude is still the worst. I had to believe them that they installed my own car starters back and not some old car starters.

Drove past this location after a frustrating morning of phone calls to find a decent price. Turns out Midas was offering just what I was looking for (oil change, general fluid top up, tire rotation extra.) for $77 when all other places were well into $100. Once there I picked a package that covered what I thought I needed (the dealership told me), I did not however need a rotation so the guys here gave me a discount on my package. The overall service was very nice and informative. I will defiantly come back here and have already told several people about my positive experience. That being said there fantastic gentleman that was at the front desk Drew was very polite while dealing with a few of "those" customers as I sat and waited. When it was my turn to be rang up Drew was very pleasant with me, he was personable and happy to answer all of the novice questions I had for him. Drew deserves a raise if that's the service he gives! Look forward to returning for my next change.

Submitted an online appointment request. received an email confirmation stating I would get a call back in 1 business day. Never did get that call. Further, the site sent the appointment request to the furthest Midas location from the postal code I provided. Have never been to midas before and have no intention of ever doing so.
