I scheduled an appointment with Faith works because my engine light came on. Faith works was awesome and called me consistently to give me the best options. They saved me so much money by consistently calling and working on things as they found them. Instead of having me come back in and pay the labor of getting back to it latter. They also helped me make a list of what needed to be done and what could be done later and wouldn't put me in any danger. They made sure it would be safe for me to drive before sending me on my way. They aren't pushy at all and really do care about you. I would recommend them to anyone!

I have Been to Faith works twice now and I honestly can say I felt that they gave me options and honesty on both occasions. Some things I needed Right then and there and others were just recommended. I spent More money then I had Originally anticipated when I went In for an inspection and oil change today. I knew There were some things that needed to be addressed and I went With getting all the recommended work done right then as well. The reason for this was not only did the general manager and the technician tell me why it needed to get this work done, they took the time and invited me out to the bay to see it for myself. I am Someone who sticks with a mechanic once I find One I can feel I can Trust. I have Now after 3 years in Arizona feel that I found “My guys”. Thanks faith works! keep up the quality workmanship and first in class customer service!

When my truck broke down three hours from my hometown, I was concerned what mechanic shop to choose. I have used the same mechanic for fifteen years and I didn’t trust anyone to work on my vehicle. I have had bad experiences in the past. I came across Faith Works Auto Shop and decided to give it a try. It has an appealing name . The service was outstanding. They treated me with integrity and understanding. They repaired my vehicle within a timely manner and had me back in the road without me having to miss any days of work . They are honest and knowledgeable.. experts at their job.. and very friendly too. I will recommend them to everyone who reads this and anyone I meet looking for auto mechanic in entire Phoenix -Metro area. Thanks so much!

I had a wonderful experience having my vehicle repaired at Faith Works! Blaine helped me from the first phone call and until I got in my car and drove home. I am so impressed with his customer service and great knowledge. He went beyond and above for me. I am so happy as well with the cost of repairs in comparison to the dealer and other repair shops. Thank you so much I am a very very happy customer and will definitely return! Deborah Wellborn

If you want an honest mechanic this is the place to go. I will go nowhere else but here. when you go in you feel like family they already know you. They do not pressure you into buying what you cannot afford or don't need. I tell all my friends family and coworkers this is the best honest auto shop / mechanic place in Arizona.
