This is a great company. We have purchased new and used vehicles here and had our vehicles repaired. We have also purchased parts here. These are honest hard working people. We will always call them when we need their products and services.

Bought 2 trailers here in the past year. Great service and prices

Bought a brand new trailer here. Within 6 months needed new tires. Another 6 months went by and it needed tires again. The tire shop measured the axles ( it is a tandem axle trailer) and found that the axles were installed 1 5/8" off causing tires to wear out. They recommended to take it back to Diversified. I did, and they wouldn't cover the repair even though it was a manufacturing defect. I buy 4 to 5 trailers a year for my company and have never dealt with a company that didn't stand by their products. Trust me there are better trailer companies out there. We will never use them again.

I didn't even want to give them one star but it wouldn't allow me to put this comment about this company so let me share my experience I had when I took my tow truck to get fixed here at this location they charge me 143$ hour they replaced my battery and fixed two relays for the electrical in my truck and a hose for the radiator not even a couple of days later my gauges are dancing like crazy my truck will not go into gears and would not shift properly so I assumed it was electric issues Right away the signs I was getting by the truck when driving it so I was told to bring it back in by the company Before I took it back I took a picture of the mileage and then I was told by there mechanic they told me it sound like my transmission was going bad and then the mechanic said my DPF system the first call I received from them but then they said they're gonna call me back to make sure I explain to them I need them to test drive it so they can see what's actually going on wrong with the truck I was told by the mechanic that they test drove it around the block and it comes to find outs that the mileage on the truck stayed the same so I was upset when they said they drove the truck and they never did so I went back into service and explain to the guy how is this normal I turned on my truck in front of the service guy and put it into drive and my transmission reads in fourth year already so obviously something wasn't right there employer apologize to me and gave me a partial payment then instead of trying to charge for the full amount which was 184 for one hour in half So he charge me $68 so I decided to pay the money and get my truck out of there soon remember I was told by the mechanic that the truck was changing gears properly and everything when They drove it so I started driving it back home and I knew something was still wrong with the truck right when I park the truck there was anti-freeze all over the floor and also the truck gauges started bouncing again I decided to call another company I called Empire trucking and they fix my truck within two hours And they drove to my location where the truck was broken down also another thing I spoke with the owner Ryan he explained to me that it was my fuel unit not working properly so I asked them how much Would this job cost after I got a quote from Empire so Ryan try tried to explain that it was gonna be an all day service and it was going to be expensive with labor work I was told by Empire it would only take three hours these guys are real scammers be careful just with the experience I've had so far I will never take my truck here ever again I would suggest you call Empire
