I take my car to Wilhelm Automotive - Arcadia as I know they are honest, fair and reasonable with what they charge and are clearly committed to doing a good job. As a person who knows nothing about cars I have to trust what I am told and I trust Chris and his staff. They have always kept me informed and treated me with respect and patience. Chris is a great manager - very customer oriented and caring. I like the fact that they have a woman on staff in what is usually a male dominated environment. Cherry's presence is a lovely addition to the place and she obviously keeps everything running smoothly. They run a complimentary shuttle so if your car has to stay at the garage for a few hours or all day they will take you home and pick you up – a definite plus in Phoenix where public transport is less than. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Wilhelm Automotive - Arcadia.......even if I didn’t have a Hybrid I would continue take my car there. Definitely 5 stars!

Wilhelm is a great choice for people trying to find an honest mechanic who strive to help their customers. I have been a customer for almost 6 months now and won't take my vehicle anywhere else after today's experience. I was told by a local competitor that I needed a new wheel bearing assembly on my Truck after I took it in for pulling to the right and a small vibration after getting the 5k mile rotation on a new set of tires. What started out as a warranty claim for "tire pull" ended with a quote of $563.00 to replace my front right wheel bearing assembly. I knew this sounded a bit fishy so I took my truck to Wilhelm on Thomas Rd for a second opinion. I was helped by a gentleman named Brock at Wilhelm that looked over my truck and agreed to diagnose any suspected "wheel bearing" issue. After leaving it with them for less than 2 hours, I got a call from Brock confirming my suspicions of unnecessary work quoted by the competitor. Wilhelm fixed my alignment issue and did a thorough inspection of the truck and failed to find any wheel bearing issue. After 2 hours, I had my truck back and saved $563.00 by not having to pay for unnecessary work. Brock and Wilhelm Automotive chose to be extremely honest today and saved me a lot of money in the process. Word to the wise: If a local competitor has free food for the customers in the waiting area, you're paying for it without knowing it.

Very easy to work with. One of my kids cars wouldn't start so we just dropped it there out of convenience. The staff was very nice. All is well with car so far. They have a loyalty program to give you a free oil change every so many changes. Check them out.

Cherry and the whole team are delightful!! Not only were they able to drop me off and pick me up from work, but they were fantastic about keeping me updated on their progress! Their estimate was exactly what I was charged and the work they did on my brakes was superb. I saved hundreds on my brakes vs the Lexus dealership. Plus, a couple days after, they helped install a new battery (install was free, battery was purchased elsewhere) in my car for free!! This is my new auto shop of choice for my ISF! :]

I originally called Pinnacle Nissan because my Pathfinder would not start. I thought it was a starter. I asked them to have it towed. I was put on hold and a rude person picked up and flatly told me they don’t do that. I then called Wilhelm. They said the same thing but I said I wanted one stop shopping. The tow truck was there in an hour and my car was fixed the next day. Helpful responsive people at a fair price!
