If you could give minus 5 I would, after my truck was impounded for lapse in my insurance. First my tire was flat, would have to pay $35 to be able to change the tire myself or have them do it I was not going to pay anything was told I couldn't drive on a flat because it may scratch the dirt, finally they agreed to let me drive it out but the lot left the hazards on and killed the battery, my custom speakers were removed, was informed they had pictures of the truck upon arrival, which evidently proved the speakers were removed on the lot because they wouldn't show the pictures to me said I would have to request it from the sherriff dept. They ended up with the $35 so I could get a jump after paying them we had to wait over an hour for them to give me a jump. THEY ARE CROOKS and beware if your vehicle is under there supervision. What is even worst is that this company is contracted by the people who are supposed to be protecting us from the crooks.

I’m please with the driver that I briefly dealt with named keith how ever the redemption it’s at the company is rude I have called multiple times and personally went in there and I am looking for beats headphones ( NOT cheap ) , money stolen, and a phone holder. Her exact words where there is nothing they can do once it’s been in another towing companies hands. If their was a corporate headquarters I would so call them and I will start a report with the police but that is dishonest and disrespectful. Never will use them again

I was traveling to Los Angeles for my sons wedding and burnt up the transmission in my motor coach. I called Good Sam and they sent up a tow truck. The fella that came out was a very nice man who did a wonderful job getting us off the highway and into a motel close buy their repair shop where they repaired my coach. The service manager called me at the motel the very next morning and explained in detail how the restricted cooler to the transmission caused the failure. He gave me and estimate for the replacement and a new cooler too. I called my son and explained that I may be late getting there due to the situation and he sadened deeply as you could imagine. The owner called and had the transmission shipped overnight and the young mechanic that replaced the transmission stayed late to get it completed. I was able to make the wedding with plenty of time to spare! I just want to say thank you to the crew there at Mobile Maintenance and Towing, They were there when I was in need, they are a great bunch of people and I recommend them highly!
