25 yrs of experience? 25yrs of ripping people off I guess. I called him up based on the reviews he had on google and I was surely dissapointed. I brought my truck to the shop, the problem was a short in the harness which was making the turn signal not work at the same time with the headlights, my driver was there for 20 minutes tops and he was on his way back to the parking lot. I called up Roger to see what the bill for the 20 minutes was, he said $170. I then received the invoice which stated $85 per hour times 2....so I was charged for 2 hours of work instead of 20 minutes. I called him up to get some clarification and the moment I asked "could you please explain me why I was charged for 2 hours instead of 20-60 minutes?" (because even a 1 hr is understandable, but TWO is not.) The moment i asked that he started aggresively stating that those are his prices, he will never change them, he would have still charged me for 2 hours even If i would have been there for 1 minute, he went on and on, I tried several times to also reply, he never let me. Never let me say another word, at that point I figured what kind of a business he's running and just said "take care" and hung up the phone. You lost the business of potential 6 trucks Roger, and the numerous referrals I give out to mechanics that I know to other owners of moving companies.

Wow, I can't believe finally in 2 years I found the best mechanic at a very affordable price. I needed road side assistance, Viktor came in no time, unfortunately the truck needed to be towed to the shop. The fuel tanks had huge rocks, dirt, grass, and so many other things, Viktor flushed the tanks and the truck was ready in no time. I also had some transmission issues and he fixed that to!! He really took care of my truck and checked it from top to bottom, the bill was half the price of my old mechanic. Thank you Fleet Tech, I will recommend you guys to everyone!!

Stay away from this company! They are the biggest rip-off's! I brought the truck back numerous times because they could not fix it right the first time. I had to pay many expensive tow bills besides the down time on the truck being in the shop for so long. I lost thousands of dollars! I will never use this company again!

Nobody was able to figure out what was wrong with my truck, after visiting 2 shops and spending unnecessary money, his main mechanic figured out the problem in 15 min!! Thank you!!!
