I purchased four new tire for my car here, and within a few hours the front passenger side tire became completely deflated. When I brought it in to fix the problem, I waited for more than two hours for them to repair it. Later that day, there was a noise coming from the front passenger side wheel/tire - the same one that deflated. When I brought it back, they said it had a problem with the strut and would cost $900 to repair it, claiming it was unrelated to the tire problem they caused. There's now way to know this, but I do not plan to shop at a tire store that doesn't know how to mount a tire.

Was referred to me by some business associates that are also friends of mind. They have a fleet of cars and trucks that they take here for services. Apparently this is a independent dealership with a really nice nice man and another woman who I was told was his partner. Take note, do not deal with her! I view her as hostile and rude. I also notice that other people have made reference to her mean spirited behavior on this site! Two weeks ago I bought 4 new tires for my Volvo XC90. No problem! The gentleman that is half owner was wonderful to work with. When I went to pay, I wanted to to put some on my GOODYEAR credit card and the rest on my Visa. No Problem. Today I had my wife's Mercedes serviced and had 2 rear tires put on. The bill came to $805.35. I once again handed the rude woman my Goodyear credit card and a Visa. She barked, "why are you giving me two cards". I explained that I wanted to put $500.00 on my Goodyear and the balance on my Visa. We said my computer will not let me do this, I replied that I did this on the tires on my Volvo. She rudely and harshly said "NO YOU DID NOT, OUR SYSTEMS WILL NOTLET US DO THIS, and then explained "I have done this for thirty years and I know what I'm talking about" I went ahead and paid her with my Visa and tore my Goodyear credit card up. I walked outside and told the gentleman that is her partner, and he said, that's bullshit. We can do that and you are right, I did this with your Volvo. I will.never go back and put up with this rude woman that insulted me in front of customers until he realizes that he needs to buy here out! Now let me be clear, she pretty much accused me of no being truthful with my last payment. I guess she thought I was lying. One more note, now that she LIED I hope that she is happy she has cost her good business partner another good customer. Feel very sorry for her partner. This is a small island and your reputation is EVERYTHING!
