Great service! I took my newly bought used car in to make sure it was safe for my 10 month old. They did an excellent job with the breaks, replacing control arm, installing a new battery, oil change, new tire, in a timely manner. You get what you pay for. I don’t mind paying for quality!

Tom and the crew at Mad Hatter saved me! One day, the brakes on my Jeep started making a horrible noise. I went to a big chain repair place, where they proceeded to tell me that I needed hundreds of dollars of repair work. I don't know a lot about cars, but I didn't trust what the salesman was telling me. I took my car to Tom. He and his guys looked at it immediately, told me what exactly was wrong with it, and quoted me a price that was literally less than a third of what his competitor suggested. Tom fixed up my Jeep within a matter of hours, and now she's running like a champ! If you're looking for a straight shooter, who's competent, prompt, and provides excellent service - look no further than to Mad Hatter Auto Repair.

Tom is one of the most honest mechanics I know! He takes pride in his job and it reflects on his coworkers. This shop was fast efficient and knowledgeable they took care of my second wife / ( My truck) with care and replace my engine . I would definitely get all my work done here. A BIG THANKS TO MAD HATTER AUTO REPAIR

I went there to have a catalytic converter replaced and also a tank vent solenoid on my 2003 Silverado. After having to keep my vehicle there for the weekend due to inability to get the parts my truck was finished promptly on a Monday midday. Picked the truck up and after filling the gas tank the truck stops running. The main fuel supply line became disconnected from the fuel tank. Gasoline sprayed all over the bottom of my truck as well as the street. Had AAA tow me back. Manager had the same technician that worked on it go outside and work on it again. After putting the gas feed line back on I drove home only to have the back gas tank strap come loose and dislodge my tank. I had to drain 25 gallons of gas out of my truck so I could use a ratchet strap to get the tank back up in the truck. In fairness to the shop, the manager offered to reimburse the cost of any fuel lost and to call him if he could further help me. Although I have never used this shop before the staff is friendly, the shop is clean and I do feel the manager and staff will help the customer should any problems arise.

Gross display of disrespect and unprofessionalism on behalf of the frontman/store manager. Is quality control and customer service not practiced at this location? Never coming back and making a point of telling everyone I know to never go there. -previous loyal customer and tech support -in reply to Tom’s reply Once again. Any favors on your part that you in no way gave me the option to pay for, do not give you the right to be unprofessional and disrespectful when I come to you with a problem. This is every time I go to this location, not just the most recent time. Constantly correcting me and not providing solutions, only explaining problems I already know about is not professional and a disrespect of my own opinion. Might I add most of the things I’ve had to come back for have been because my car was given back to me with blatant issues that your mechanics didn’t care to mention, much less fix. When I take a car in to a shop to be repaired, I at least expect it in better condition, or the same, not worse! Despite having to come back many times for your mechanics to finally fix the problems they caused, (ball joints and alignment) I was still calm and understanding. But the last time I actually had them work on the car, they very dangerously left the adjustment nuts on the tierod ends loose, causing me to lose over $100 in revenue, and having to spend $80 on alignment at a shop that was open on a Sunday in order to safely drive to my appointment.
