Veronica, was great, she helped choose a protective cover for my phone. She was aware of everthing happening around her, keeping track of customers, in the order of precedence and tasking employees to attend to them. Bottom line, I did have to wait long at all to purchase something simple, the store had someone free to attend to a minor purchase.

My review is on the phone service. I didn't want to drive out there without knowing if they had a certain phone in sock. Just a simple question with a yes/no answer. First off all I had to call five times just to get through to someone answering me which to me is ridiculous. I work in retail and no matter what you're doing you should always answer the phone. And once I got through the associate answers the phone says please hold nothing else and puts me on hold! Then after being on hold for three minutes a male associate picks up the phone talking to someone else and hangs up on me! I don't know who runs this store but they need to teach some proper phone etiquette because that stuff does not go down in my store!

Called several times and they never picked up the phone. Funny how a phone company doesnt know how to use a phone.
