For as busy as they are they provide relatively quick service. Flexible with your situation and offer options. Skilled service in Hawaii is a premium do be ready to pay, but this is universal for this state.

Avoid at all costs. Made thr mistake of taking 2 vehicles here for safety inspections. The first vehicle needed 1x tire. Wow, no surprise there, from a place that sells tires. The second had some small chips in the windshield. Passenger side not driver. I called the insurance and had satellite come out to repair them. Then took it back for an inspection (which takes hours here!!!!). They said repairing a windshield doesnt count. I spent the next several days going back and forth with satellite, the inspector, etc etc until finally I just took it somewhere else for an inspection. Dont wast your time with these guys, just go someplace else where the support and customer service is better.

They know their work but needs for customer service in greeting and being or at least look polite

Went in for a safety inspection and didn't have an appointment. Estimated wait time was 2 to 2 1/4 hours. Had my truck finished in an hour and a half. It was only a safety inspection, but it was nice to be ahead of the time estimated

went in for a safety inspection today. They failed me for a wiper pump issue, but the same crew passed me last year. they said my tail lights didn't work but they worked when I drove off the lot. they are just trying to make an extra buck off people. THey are inconsistent with their standards on what passes or fails inspection
