This is one of the best auto service experiences I have had. Rueben was very professional and patient as we reviewed the results of the thorough and impressive diagnostic report (with photos!). He explained was was, and was not, needed in language that was easy to understand. The service was completed at the time and price promised. I can’t ask for more.

Was very honest with me, gave me options and did not undercut me with random costs. The honesty, transparency, and straightforwardness has reinforced my thinking that I made the correct choice coming here. Will be coming back in the future for more repairs.

I have been going here for years and every time I get great and quick service. My fifteen year old truck would not have lasted as long as it has without the repairs and maintenance they have conducted on it over the years. I brought my truck in a few weeks ago and it needed a lot done, much more than I could afford all at once. Thankfully, of the employees Rueben really helped me prioritize repairs and stay close to what I could afford and let me know what needed to be done next and in how many months so I could plan for it. I thought my truck was toast, but they got it running in a week. I was really bummed to start off 2019 with some major vehicle repairs, but I'm thankful that even after going to Rogers for about seven years on and off they are still doing amazing work.

Friendly, efficient, effective, fast and affordable. I got an appointment when I needed it. Enjoyed coffee while I waited for the detailed estimate. They completed the work the same day.

Had them do a used car inspection. The report was very thorough and professionally done. Included pictures and comments and very helpful ratings to tell you if it was urgent to fix, could wait a while or just for information. I was very happy with the service, flexibility and positive interactions. As a result of the inspection, I had them do some repairs. The prices seemed in line with others and the work seemed to be very good. I did not get any pressure from them to do more than I asked them to do. A very well run company and I'll do more with them.
