I went here to buy a BCS walk behind tractor. I was greeted professionally, taken care of well and got a great price! They kept it for me for a couple days until I was able to pick it up and then they helped load it up. Great place to do business.

Dave was nice enough to come out to my house to demo a stand on mower. However, I had major problems with the lady at their shop. I spoke to her on the phone and she originally told me the model was 20% off. She knew it was for my personal use at my own property. I went through the effort of getting approved for financing which took 3 days. When I went in to purchase the mower at their shop, the lady told me that I don't qualify for the 20% discount because I am using the mower for personal use, not professionally. She said I had to pay full price. After I expressed my frustrations and started to walk out the door she suddenly told me she could get me 16% off. I just kept walking. Don't do business with this place. I was much happier with the service at another small engine place in Boise and purchased my equipment there.

Beware. I took a $100 old Poulan chain saw in for diagnostics .I was told they would call me with a repair estimate. I never received a call and forgot about the saw even being there. 7 months later I get a bill from a collection agency for $952.50 .I call Dave at d&j and he tells me its for storage charges at $5.00 per day cause they tried calling me numerous times and could not reach me. COME TO FIND OUT THEY HAD THE WRONG PHONE NUMBER. They had my mailing address but never tried to send me a statement or reach me by mail ,just waited 7 months until the bill got high enough and turned me over to a collection agency. How nice of them.

First review I have ever written. This business needs to be shut down. I took my lawnmower in for what I thought was a warranty issue. I put a brand new battery in it the day I took it in. I checked the voltage and load on it and knew it was good. A week after I took it in I was told there were issues with the carb, the battery was shot and the fuel was rotten. I only put ethanol free fuel with a stabilizer in it so I thought that was strange. I live two hours away so if they knew it was the issue I would let them fix it. After getting a call that my mower was finished I went to pick it up. I tried starting it and it would not even turn over which was the main reason I took it there in the first place. It stayed there for another couple weeks. They tore the engine down and replaced a part (under warranty) that I was told by the mechanic that it was not even bad. They used silicone instead of gaskets when they put it back together. The problem was never fixed. They don't know their @$$ from a hole in the ground. I ended up taking the starter off and replaced it for $30 which was the problem in the first place.

Worst customer service ever! The lady at the front has some serious attitude issues. I can not believ they are in business. I took a mower in for what I was told by the manufacturer was a warranty issue. These guys charged me an inspection fee and said nothing was wrong and that the reason my mower was leaking oil was a factory overfill and it would eventually stop leaking. What total BS.
