A week ago I received a call from our middle son who was looking for the garage that I found for him when he bought a new car because his younger brother's car had stopped dead on the freeway. I advised him it was Tom's Auto Repair and gave him the number and address to have the son's car towed there. Tom made a diagnosis of my son's car, discussed it with my son and then ordered the parts. When my son returned to pay for the service Tom advised him that his staff had misdiagnosed the problem and only charged my son for the cost of the diagnosis. Because Tom's staff had misdiagnosed the problem and the part was already ordered Tom installed the new part in my son's car and did not charge him for it. My son called me today and could only praise Tom and his staff and asked me to write a review which I gladly stated I would. TOM this one is on big THUMBS UP for you and your staff! You have three new customers who will be singing your praise and recommend that everyone in the Olathe area give you a try. Thank you for great customer service.

Tom and his crew are great people. Guys you know you can trust. I had my engine completely blow up and they looked at it and recommended I get rid of it. He let me store it at his shop for about a week while I figure everything out. He didn’t charge me a dime. I tried to pay and he refused my $! CLASS ACT!!

Tom's Auto repair has been amazing each time I've went. They are honest and helpful and don't talk down to you when explaining what's going on. They're down to earth and top notch mechanics. Highly recommend.
