Great service on my Jeep time and time again. Repairs were made quickly and at a fair price! I would highly recommend their services if you want to work with a company you can trust.

Took my vehicle to AAMCO for transmission work figuring a nationwide reputation would be a good thing... was I wrong. 4100 bucks later (that appears to be the going rate for a transmission for my car) I pick up my car assured a complete test drive and evaluation had been completed by the technician. I drive the 6 miles to my house, pull into my garage and notice transmission fluid flowing from under the car... some test drive AAMCO did to evaluate the completeness of their work. I called David and asked him what he wanted me to do, he told me to bring it back which I did, leaving an impressive smoke trail all the way! Informed David when I got there I would like him to thoroughly clean the engine compartment as it had just taken a transmission fluid bath and I didn't want to smell burning fluid for the next 6 months. His technicians had determined they over-serviced the transmission and had corrected the issue. He did take the vehicle to a car wash bunt didn't really address the engine compartment, which continued to smoke as things heated up. Additionally, I had noticed his technicians had not used floor protectors as they left grease footprints in both of my floor mats. David agreed that was not acceptable and had my interior detailed at his expense - good customer service. Approximately 3 weeks later, after I thought all of this was behind me, I noticed a pronounced knock on any steering input. Trying to figure out what it was, I pulled both front right and left wheels off and discovered the mounting bolts for the steering rack were barely finger tight! I secured them as best I could and took it back to David. He said they didn't touch those bolts in the process of my work and would verify with his technician who confirmed yes, indeed, they had loosened them tin the process of their work. I then informed David I would take it to the dealer to have them evaluate if any damage was done as I didn't trust their workmanship any more. Once again, David stepped up and offered to pay for the evaluation and any damages. Fortunately, no damage was found but it was still 300 bucks worth of labor to properly torque the steering rack bolts. I took the bill to David and he said he would give it to the owner. He then called me and informed me the owner was only going to pay half. That wasn't the deal he made with me but he said I didn't give them the opportunity to remedy the problem... really? Anyway, short story long, it has now been almost 4 months since this incident and nothing from the owner, not one call, correspondence or more importantly, a check. The only reason this review gets a star at all is David. I believe he is trying to make things right for his customers but a suspect mechanical staff and an owner who apparently doesn't care about customer satisfaction don't make for a successful business. One word - AVOID!

Unfortunately, my car's transmission went out. Fortunately, I went to this AAMCO. Best service I have ever experienced for my car, Helpful from the get go and kept me in the know from the start to finish. Highly recommend!

The other day my car started making a weird sound and I had no idea what could be making it. A friend recommended that I go see David at AAMCO cause they had a great experience with him. I went in to see him and he was the nicest guy and didn’t try to add on a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. He found the problem and got it taken care of ASAP without over charging me. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone!!

I️ will be a customer for life!!! The horrible dealership wanted $1,250, for a transmission leak that I️ didn’t have! Service Manager David and his technicians did a three hour diagnostic test only to find no problems. They also fixed an exhaust issue, free of charge, that the dealership made a mistake on. They truly care about the customer and make me feel like they care about me, they are one of the few honest service shops. You will not be disappointed to bring your vehicles here. They saved me money!!!
