Had great experiences with these guys until today. Called in to see if they could get a yearly service done on my push mower by Monday if I dropped off today. I was told on the phone that would be fine. I showed up not even an hour later and was told they were three weeks out. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service. I understand and appreciate that they are busy, but don't say one thing on the phone and then another when the customer shows up.

I don't know why a few people are speaking negative about this place. I have been going to these guys for a few years now and they provide quality work. Most places take a few weeks in season. I guess if people think they can drop mowers off and get them back in two days, must think they are special or something. Anywho, the staff Is very helpful, Steve and brenden helped load my mower up and explained what services they perfomed. Every time a great experience

Great turn-around time on a mower fix, even in peak fix-my-lawn-equipment season. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. A little over-priced on blade sharpening IMO.

What a scam told I need a carb for my lawn mower part is only 30 I told them not to fix it since they wanted 120 and ordered my own carb got to their to shop to pick up and was told they fixed it and I had to pay NEVER use these guys Gretna small engine is so much better they were gonna throw my 30 carb on for 20 for me. Also make sure you bring someone to help load In your truck as they don't for 90 in labor they should have delivered it So when I'm not married and am single how did my "wife" authorize repairs told you this place is a scam I will be getting my money back from my bank as I did not get the service I asked for

Great service, I've been bringing my mower here for two years now. Affordable rates and they know what they're doing.
