Tom at Zipzap not only has the knowledge and time in the industry, he also has outstanding customer service skills and a level of honesty and integrity which is nearly impossible to find in the automotive repair industry. Knowing that Tom comes from a military family and I'm a combat veteran myself, I was extremely comfortable in my dealings with him and he did everything he could to get the work done at the price I could afford. The first time in 23 years of living in Las Vegas that I left a repair shop feeling like I got what I paid for and was NOT taken advantage of. I can't recommend this shop highly enough, especially for my fellow Veterans. Did I mention he's one of the only shops who will be open on Memorial Day? The values I see in this shop echo the values we veterans hold highest in and out of the military. Thanks for everything, Tom and thank you for your son's sacrifice for this nation. We will definitely be back.

Highly recommend this place. Had brakes done yesterday (at a great price!!!) and they were able to replace a tail light that 3 other places said "only the dealership could do." Their customer service is spot on!👍👍👍

I had my wife's brakes done here and the car came back great. No "oh you need this done and that done and this is broke". Victor, the owner, appears to be an upfront, honest mechanic and will take the time to explain everything. I'm very sceptical with auto repair shops. Zip Zap is one I'll be coming back to. Keep up the good work and we all appreciate an honest mechanic.

Zero stars. Overpriced, and were going to do the wrong replacements! Went in with a brake problem, but was not sure which ones. Given a quote for the replacement and decided on another opinion. They wanted to replace the wrong set of brakes- both the dealer and another mechanic where I had my brake work done (at hundreds of dollars less!) agreed the set of brakes I needed replaced was the opposite of what the recommended. I am so glad I avoided this place and I would too if I were you. I heard the main person talking with other customers on the phone while waiting and it sounded like a lot of trying to sell extra work on top of what customers had come in with.
