Restaurant has delicious food, but order off the menu, don't eat from the buffett, it's over-priced, over-cooked & except for salad & dessert bars, is barely edible. But that's just a suggestion. The place is great overall; besides location, it features; fuel--gas & diesel; well-stocked store; casino with table games, sports book, slots, bar & good player's club; motel; picnic area; several dog walking areas equipped with plastic potty bags; plenty of parking; attractive landscaping featuring wooden benches & swings; specifically for truckers there's a CAT scale; full tire shop; over 200 spaces, including those specifically for "oversize" & "wide" loads; showers & laundry, too, of course. Every staff person was friendly & happy to help; the place is well-kept, & trashcans are within just a few steps, wherever you happen to be on the property. If you're stopping on your travels in the Reno/Sparks area, this one is THE BEST!

Date here over the weekend when in Daily to look at Buffet each time look like it was sitting for hours dried out just not edible at all ask one server when they were going to refresh it and was told they were trying to get it Eaton before they changed it. The next thing he started getting clean pans and pouring the old food into the clean pan and putting it back on the buffet changing the spoons as well the meat was dry and crusty. I order food from the menu which was really good and prepared and I received it prompt and very hot. The waitress seemed to be in her own space and time. And only came and asked if everything was okay once while I was eating. Had to get her attention each time I needed to get a refill. They need better management in the kitchen area to take care of that Buffet. The security in the parking is not worth having on the premises. I had marker lights stolen from my trailer and it didn't seem to matter to him at all. Each time I seen him he was always talking to the staff behind the counter at the registers are to the waitresses in the kitchen. Someone needs to look into his needs or find him a new job. The one he's got he's not doing to the ability it needs to be done. Overall this place only receives a two star rating period.

Stopped in to have my trailer serviced as my company (Crete Carriers) has an account here. I am part of a team that runs tight turns times from Reno to Lenexa, KS. Quick, reliable service is crucial to on time deliveries. Was informed by the manager on duty that we would have to wait one hour for the mechanic to clean his bay. There were four bays open, no other rigs waiting and three more mechanics on duty. Thought it was a bad joke, but the manager said that I would have to wait one hour for one mechanic to clean his bay. Are you kidding me??!!! Petro lost a good chunk of cash because a mechanic had to clean his bay!!!! Whatever happened to, "the customer comes first." Will not be stopping here again. You can bank on that!!!

Great place for trucker's and they have showers, small grocery store and fuel. They also have the Iron Skillet restraunt which is really good and reasonable. It's also great for the hotel guest's at the Super 8 next store.

The staff is utterly rude and lack any sort of communication skills as well a lot of the their supplies are being sold expired. There were a total of 8 people including myself in the casino part of the establishment and within a 20 minute time period I was carded 3 times with the elderly lady being rude enough I put in a complaint to the inconsiderate manager. There are many other truck stops in the area that the quality and service are exemplary unlike this pathetic establishment.
