Jake and his team have been amazing. They're always honest and trustworthy and work with us to keep my aging car running in the most affordable way.

I needed my oil checked and Jack was so kind and met me at the bank. He checked it for me. I am from out of town and didn’t know my way around. I will definitely pass his name on to my family living here. You don’t find friendly service like this anymore.

Wonderful group of people at Charlie's. Our family of 6 broke down on our cross country trip. Our lame extended warranty wouldn't cover the transmission issue we had so it wouldn't cover a hotel or rental car. Jake told is to plug into his electricity at the shop and help ourselves to the water. He spent hours looking for the right part even after we already knew it would have to come from Detroit. He explored several options to get us back on the road, even having a friend bring a part knowing the show wouldn't make anything off of it. Of all places we could have broke down, I'm thankful it was at Charlie's. My kids played with his daughter (summer break) and they explored a bit. We're now 600 miles from Charlie's and now problems.

Jake and the rest of the guys are amazing. I'm a locksmith and I was leaving Albuquerque to do a job in the East mountains. My van's coolant line sprung a leak at the carnuel exit. I called Jake and he was out there and under half an hour. And had it fixed 20 minutes later. I will definitely be calling them again

Honest and reliable. Took Jeep in for what I thought was going to be an expensive repair and they found it to be a minor problem and fixed at a minimal fee. Then since my wife was not home and I lived close they had one of their employees follow me home with the jeep. Will get all my vehicle repairs do at Charlie's.
