I don't complain to my physician about the waiting time. I don't complain to my Brothers' Auto Tech for the thorough diagnosis of my E350. I leave there saying, "Thank you God". My E350 showed a warning oil light. I immediately went to Brother's Auto Tech to report my problem. I was well received as an old friend; and offered a bottle of water. My car was ready to go in ~15 minutes -with a handshake. I'll feel good about seeing them for many days to come. Thanks again for everything.

These guys are great. They even called the dealer to make sure my car wasn’t under warranty to try and make sure I would get the best deal. They fully explained the problem so I could understand it. I will definitely bring my vehicles back, these guys are a breathe of fresh air.

I brought my car in because my Check Engine light came on. I dropped it off and they called a little while later with the diagnosis and quote. I told them to go ahead and take care of the work. While waiting for the part to come in they noticed another possible issue and called and asked if they can take care of that while waiting. They gave me a new quote with the additional service added and I authorized them to take care of it. I just picked up the car and it runs great and the total bill ended up being lower than they originally quoted! They’re definitely my new go to shop! Thanks Brothers Auto Tech! Merry Christmas!

I drive a 20 year old Mercedes so believe me when I say that finding a company that can and will PROPERLY fix my vehicle at a cost that won't make me go broke is extremely difficult. I've now used Brothers' Auto and worked directly with the owner John twice and every time he has been thorough, done the best he can to find me the right deal at a cost I can afford, and my car has always returned in much better shape. I am in the market for a new car and Brothers Auto has really helped me buy more time. If you have a foreign vehicle, new or old, I highly recommend - there are so many people in the Charlotte market who have looked at my car and have no idea how to even find the battery! Thank you guys!

First of all, read the negative reviews, paired with the well thought out responses. That alone can tell you a LOT about how a business operates and treats their customers. Taking the time to reply to negative reviews in a positive manner takes not only patience, but a high level of knowledge about the subject matter. As a former service writer for a small auto repair facility, it can be very tough to deal with many different makes and models of cars, and it's clear that BAT has the ability to tackle just about anything. Even though I typically handle all of my own maintenance and repairs, my only repair I needed was done at BAT, and kudos to them for doing it! My '07 Pilot needed a leaky steering rack replaced, which was something that only a shop with a lift and several BIG specialty tools could perform. Extra thanks to Honda for designing it in such a way that the entire subframe needs to be removed to replace such a relatively small part. To make matters worse, my Pilot lived in the north east for 7 years before BAT accepted the job. Any mechanic knows that means RUSTY BOLTS. BAT did a great job, and got the Pilot back to us on time and no longer leaking fluid. The staff was helpful and friendly and took the time to do it right. Was it the cheapest possible repair? No. Would you trust the safety of your vehicle to the 'cheapest repair'? Hell no. While I'm no longer in Fort Mill (and sold the Pilot many moons ago), I highly recommend this competent shop.
