Great place! Wide selection of parts and most are not that much more expensive than ordering online (Amazon, etc) which is usually 35% cheaper. That 35% though gets you the amateur comedy, the complete lack of parking and all the people standing around PLUS the repeated attempts to reach anyone by telephone AND the "thanks for your money now piss off" send off. That stuff isn't cheap. I've been stopping here for over two decades (that's 20+ years.) Highly recommended. Seriously. It's a great place.

Broke down of the side of road and The volvo dealership would give out the part number to help a stranded current customer get home, 2 hrs away from Charlotte on a $20.00 part. Terrible service

I ordered a DOC for my truck in Houston. I contacted Ryan in parts who was very helpful and helped me get next day air (which is not available by ordering from the website). The next day the part hadn't arrived by the time FedEx was to deliver, so I called Ryan who again was helpful. It turns out the local warehouse had received one shortly after I had ordered it so they sent it from the Houston warehouse instead of Kansas, and then they even refunded the next day shipping...above and beyond. The part arrived about an hour after I called...FedEx is late a lot around this neighborhood come to find out. Will be ordering all my parts from them in the future. Also the road warrior part was cheaper than ordering directly from road warrior...go figure.
