I was first introduced to CMS Automotive when Kenny came out to replace my car battery which had died (and I called AAA for service). He was pretty sure that he had the right battery but made sure to double check with his colleague before replacing it for me, which I appreciated. He was also very kind and gave me tips for driving in Alaska during the winter, as I had just moved here from California. Fast forward a few months, we are entering winter and my windshield wiper fluid reservoir is not working. I started stressing out because this had never happened to me before. At first I thought it was empty, so I just re-filled it with washer fluid, but later on suspected a leak when the reservoir ran dry the very next day. I contacted Kenny at CMS Automotive to see if I could have my car checked out and he let me come in the following morning at 8am. He and the other guys checked my car and found that there was frozen water at the bottom of the reservoir, so they melted it with a heat gun, cleaned it out, and checked for the source of the leak. Turns out, they could not find any leak so they just filled it up with washer fluid and sent me on my way. They also brought me to my car to explain the situation and help me understand what had happened. I was expecting to pay for the service, but Kenny didn't charge me at all because according to him, they didn't perform any huge service on my car. This excellent customer service made my day and eased my anxiety, and words cannot express how thankful I am for kind, honest people like Kenny and CMS Automotive! The next time I need work done on my car, I will be sure to bring it to CMS Automotive. Thank you guys again!

These guys have been great to me. Always willing to help me out with finding the best parts at a lower price than other shops in town. I always feel welcome to stop or call for a quote for jobs in the future.

Those guys are awesome. They installed a 6" rough country lift, new driveline and re-allined my truck for $975 bucks and two pizzas
