I found Ramos auto repair over the internet. I brought my vehicle in the next day and they were able to identify the problem immediately. They brought me home and 2 hrs later, they called and said the car was completed and ready for pick up. The staff was respectful, understanding and accommodating. Price was right. I'll be going back for their service. I would recommend them.

The leadership and crew at Ramos are both outstanding. They not only care about your vehicle, they care about you as a person, too. The team at Ramos is very diligent and highly skilled at the task of repairing, likewise they are well connected in the network of logistical support throughout the Tri-State area. This has not only been my personal experience, but also my observation of others who have interacted with the Ramos team. It's a place where they know your name and your vehicle, and they care for the vehicle better than you would yourself. I recommend them 100%.
