Truck has been standing for a few weeks, called Bruckner's Mack & Volvo to help me get it started, spoke with Ray. Great gentleman, said sure no problem. Great help. Thank you much Ray. Not a lot of people out there that are helpful in a situation like this. Once more thank you.

I'm going to rate at 2 stars. These people are there for money... If you're not fast cash or a good paycheck, good luck. Your keys will get lost, and you won't know it until YOU call and check on your rig. I'm certain the key wasn't lost, more likely they gave a finish time and a better paying job came in... When it wasn't done on their estimated time, they fabricated aclikely story.

I had two concerns that I brought my truck in for, an abs light and a check engine light. The first diagnosis for the abs was a wheel speed sensor, than it was a computer, the next was a wire harness, and the last repair was a loose wheel bearings After $7000.00 dollars and three visits to fix an abs light. The check engine light repair first diagnosis was that my vehicle had a misfire on cylinder number 7 and recommend that I replaced the exhaust manifold gasket that was leaking at cylinder number 1 causing the miss on cylinder number 7 ( still don't know how they thought that )spark plugs and wires. Than after the recommended repairs were done I than get told I have a bad engine and it's going to cost $10,000.00 to fix my engine misfire. If they would have properly diagnosed the engine light the first time it could have saved me $7,000 on an ABS repair that would not have been made.

We needed service and parts on a Saturday. We called Bruckners and the service manager said to come on in. If I could describe this shop in Albuquerque it would be friendly, accommodating, customer service focused! They stopped everything just after a lunch hour to get us on our way. We are RVers heading to a rally in MO. and really needing a kind and helpfull service center fast. Bruckners was it! Thanks again, guys! Can't recommend them more highly.
