Everyone I talked to you at the shop was friendly and informative. The shop owner or manager was incredibly friendly and showed me my serpentine belt was cracked and then when he had taken it off showed me the cracks were deeper than I had originally thought. As a woman I worry that mechanics are going to take advantage of me because I don't necessarily know as much as I probably should, but they were incredibly understanding and they showed me and explained everything to me and I'm very grateful that they treated me with respect and gave me some coupons so that

Needed a state inspection however I forgot that license plate lights were a thing, they replaced them and I was good to go in less than 30 mins. The only place I've ever gone to that didn't try to upsell anything I didn't want/need. They did tell me that I needed new brakes and an oil change which I already knew, but I declined due to no money(ha) and they took no for an answer compared to some other places I've been to. most importantly: they didn't "remove" any filters or anything to show me how dire it was to replace them, and they didn't give me a bunch of useless paper to scare/guilt me into unneeded repairs, like some OTHER places. 10/10 will go there again.

I'm very happy with the service at this place, very honest people. I take my car to an other repair shops around and all them can't find the problem and just charging diagnostic fees. I decide to bring it to Samstone Coit because I hear that there is a good mechanic and that is totally true, they fix the issue on my car for a very reasonable price. I'll recommend this place for any repair service. A service like this is what everyone needs Thanks Samstone Coit team
