I chose Ken Morrison to sell my house that I was trying to sell for 3 years. Ken sought the perfect buyers and sold in less than 2 weeks for the price I wanted. Ken was firm confident and professional. Don't take Ken's expertise for granted. He is very skilled and experienced at what he does. I would definitely recommend him.

Bought our house in the spring of 2017 and was met with a very professional team. Their knowledge and experience was exactly what every home buyer deserves. I was treated with respect throughout and would strongly recommend using the Morrison Paranych Group.

My family and I had an excellent experience working with the Paranych team. Professional and our home sold quickly and at asking price. I recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell their home in the Edmonton area...unfortunately we had to move from Edmonton with my work, so miss the city, but happy to be able to move forward quickly.

Ken Morrison was fantastic when I was looking to relocate my family to Spruce Grove from Airdrie. He took the time to show me around the neighbourhoods in Spruce Grove, a community I had very little prior knowledge. Ken's enthusiasm and committment made me confident we made the right decision.
